// THE DESK — WLO LASALLE, LLC

A Sandy desk running two rings of the pit.

WLO LASALLE, LLC is registered at 2342 E Charros Rd, Sandy, UT 84092 — a Wasatch-front city in Salt Lake County, in the southeastern Salt Lake valley. The desk maintains a business reference covering 56 trading categories: thirty-two securities positions and twenty-four commodity, futures, FX, and virtual-currency positions.

The distinction matters in this industry: a broker executes for clients as agent; a dealer trades from its own account as principal; a market maker quotes both sides continuously; an underwriter distributes new issues. Our scope deliberately includes each function — and the pit layout keeps them on separate stations so the book never blurs one role into another.

This website is informational. It is not an offer or sale of securities or commodities interests, not an account portal, not an order channel, and not investment, legal, or tax advice.

// THREE PIT RULES

The rules the desk answers to.

Every station in the pit, every entry in the book, and every reply from the desk is governed by the same three rules — the pit's order of session.

RULE 01 — STAND AT YOUR STATION
A position means the category named — no more. A broker position never implies dealing authority; a dealing position never implies an account relationship.
RULE 02 — CALL IT IN THE OPEN
Everything the Site asserts appears on a public page. If it isn't printed here, we don't ask you to assume it — registrations, accounts, and offerings live elsewhere.
RULE 03 — NOTHING MOVES BY EMAIL
The desk never solicits wires, settlement funds, credentials, account numbers, or private keys by email. Anyone who does — claiming to be WLO — is an impersonator.
// PIT TALK, PLAINLY

Questions the desk hears most.

What does WLO LASALLE actually do?
WLO LASALLE, LLC is a Utah limited liability company whose registered scope spans securities brokerage/dealing (32 positions) and commodity, futures, FX, and virtual-currency activities (24 positions). This Site documents that scope as a public reference — it does not itself operate accounts or execute transactions.
Why separate the scope into two rings?
Because the two halves sit under different regulatory families. Securities broker-dealing and underwriting (PIT S) fall under securities law; futures, commodity options, FX, and virtual currency (PIT C) fall under commodity and currency regimes. The ring layout makes the boundary visible instead of blurring a fifty-six-item list into one undifferentiated block.
Can I open an account or place a trade through this Site?
No. This Site has no account system, order entry, payment function, or client onboarding. It is a business information reference only. Any page or email claiming to open accounts or take orders in our name is fraudulent — see the Terms of Service and report it to the desk.
Does a listed position mean WLO is registered for that activity?
The list reflects the company's declared business scope — it is not a representation of licensure or registration for any particular regulated activity, and it is not an offer to perform regulated services through the Site. Verify any regulated relationship through official registries, not through a website.
Someone emailed me about a WLO investment opportunity — is it real?
Treat unsolicited "investment offers" in any company's name as fraud until proven otherwise. The desk never solicits funds, wires, crypto, credentials, or account numbers by email. Forward anything suspicious to info.priya.nair@wlolas.shop for verification before responding.
